Adams Loyd will talk about "Building a Prosperous Business in the New Year: Ethics\, Integrity & Trust" - sharing how ethical practices and frameworks help companies be more profitable. \n\n\n\nAdams Loyd has 35 years senior management experience in media and publishing. She has earned numerous industry and community service awards including a regional Emmy\, the National Association of Broadcasters Service to America Awards\, and University of Minnesota Notable Alumni Award. Adams Loyd has also been an active member on many civic boards and professional associations including the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce (Chair 2010)\, Minnesota Women's Economic Roundtable\, and University of Minnesota Alumni Association (Chair 2013).\n\n\n\nThe Better Business Bureau of Minnesota & North Dakota is the largest business association in the Upper Midwest. This 7\,200-member organization sets ethical standards and accredits businesses while also educating sellers and buyers in advancing marketplace trust.
