We'll celebrate Member milestone anniversaries\, recognize new and outgoing Board Members\, pass the gavel to our 2026 Board Chair Courtney Schanus (Collins Aerospace) and hear from keynote speaker McKenna Haase\, a professional race car driver\, an American Ninja Warrior and business owner.\n\n \n\n\nWe're excited to welcome McKenna Haase as our keynote speaker.            \n\nMcKenna Haase is a 27-year-old racecar driver from Des Moines\, Iowa\, who has been making an impact both on and off the track since she began running her own race team at just 13 years old. From the start\, her mission has been to partner with fans\, teams\, and sponsors to build not only a competitive racing program\, but one rooted in faith\, honesty\, excellence\, and integrity.\n\nOutside of racing\, McKenna studied Finance at Drake University\, where she served as president of the Drake Investment Club. She's also been featured on national television\, including NBC's American Ninja Warrior (Seasons 11 and 13) and Fox Sports 1's This Racing Life.\n\nIn 2015\, she founded Compass Racing Development LLC\, a faith-based youth driver development program created to give young racers opportunities they might not have had otherwise. In 2019\, she expanded that mission by launching Youth Racers of America Inc.\, a national nonprofit aimed at making racing more accessible for kids across the country.\n\nMcKenna now lives in the Twin Cities with her husband\, Zavier Scott\, a running back for the Minnesota Vikings.
