Bryant Fieck South Area Manager, MnDOT Metro District Bryant Ficek is the South Area Manager for MnDOT’s Metro District, serving Carver, Dakota, and Scott Counties. In this role, he leads a team dedicated to planning, delivering, and maintaining the region’s highway infrastructure in partnership with local communities. Bryant works collaboratively with city and county staff, businesses, and residents to promote transparency, foster partnerships, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the life of transportation projects and capital investment programs. |

Jake Chapek Dakota County, Assistant County Engineer, Transportation Jake has been with Dakota County since 2019 initially serving as a Senior Project Manager prior to becoming the Assistant County Engineer for the Transportation group. He's been serving in his current role for the past 3 years and is responsible for the capital planning for the program delivery side of the Transportation Group. This includes programming and coordinating the County’s 5-year Capital Improvement Program and oversight of the County’s internal project management, design, and traffic groups. |

Logan Vlasaty City of Burnsville, City Engineer Logan joined the City in February 2022 as the assistant city engineer where he primarily managed the city’s street improvement projects. In December of 2023 he became city engineer and is now focused on long-term planning and budgeting for the city’s infrastructure needs, as well as coordinating with proposed developments and regional projects with partner agencies. This Logans' 10th year working as an engineer for a Minnesota city. |

Joya Stetson Community and Economic Development Director, MVTA At MVTA, Joya focuses on the strategic development of partnerships with community members, businesses, and organizations to optimize planning and service for the region. Prior to joining MVTA, she spent nearly a decade working in non-profit leadership and economic development for rural municipalities creating a holistic perspective of how transit planning impacts and is impacted by more general community planning processes. Joya is also currently pursuing her Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Illinois where she adjunct instructs community development courses. Her research interests center around how monetary and resource-based public-private partnerships are formulated between businesses and suburban transit agencies. |
